Reiki
Align Your Energy and Let it Flow
Reiki means "universal life force energy." During a reiki session, the practitioner will place her hands on or near your body to allow this energy to pass through you, promoting balance and relaxation. Reiki can support physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Our reiki sessions can be done in-person or through "distant" sessions.
Sound Baths
Reset and Renew
A sound bath is an immersive meditative experience of sound and vibration that stimulates and improves the flow of energy in your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions.
Sound baths can be done individually or in group sessions. Group sessions open to the public (via registration) are offered approximately once a month. Private group sessions can also be scheduled if you wish to host an event, or have a group of people interested in participating together.

Oracle, pendulum and rune readings are an opportunity for you to connect with divine energy and open yourself to messages from spiritual guides and ancestors. They can help to provide perspective on your current situation as well as encouragement in following your heart and intuition in moving forward.
